AUTOMATIC RECHARGE POLICY
The following statement is printed on ALL receipts for Unlimited Wash Club purchases & present during on-screen sign up on our pay stations. A membership cannot begin until the customer's information on this printed receipt is given back to a SUDS employee & the authorization statement below is signed by the customer. All completed receipts are electronically scanned in & kept on file:
"I authorize Suds Car Wash- "location where sign-up occurs" to charge my credit card account "amount of membership customer selected" on your anniversary date each month for the "name of Unlimited Wash Club customer selected" plan. I understand this automatic recharge authorization shall remain in force until I cancel by giving 7 days written notice on-site at a Suds location (Cancelation Authorization Form). I understand Suds Car Wash- "location where sign-up occurs" may cancel this plan at any time, and that the plan will be canceled if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system. I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of services, including equipment failure or inclement weather. I understand that usage limits may be adjusted without notice. I understand that monthly rates may be increased, with notice posted at the site at least 30 days in advance."
Cancelations cannot be processed via email (firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com) or phone (1-844-217-7578).
Text Message Marketing Guideline Compliance:
"By providing your number, you consent to receive text messaging from Suds Car Wash and/or its affiliates in connection with your request. Up to 8 messages per month. Consent is not required to buy goods or services. Limit: One coupon per cell number. Offer not valid with any other coupons or discounts & only good while supplies last. Message and data rates apply."
Any other employee speech differing from this printed statement is not valid unless the employee holds positions such as Director of Sales, Site Supervisor, Cheif Operations Officer, or Owner.
