AUTOMATIC RECHARGE POLICY
By purchasing an Unlimited Wash Plan, the customer is presented with the below agreement via receipt, pay station screen, and verbally. By signing up, all customers are agreeing to these terms. All completed receipts are electronically scanned in & kept on file:
"I authorize Suds Car Wash- "location where sign-up occurs" to charge my credit card account "amount of membership customer selected" on your anniversary date each month for the "name of Unlimited Wash Plan customer selected" plan. I understand this automatic recharge authorization shall remain in force until I discontinue the plan by complying with the Cancellation Procedure. I understand Suds Car Wash- "location where sign-up occurs" may cancel this plan at any time, and that the plan will be canceled if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system for more than 28 consecutive days. I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of services, including equipment failure or inclement weather. I understand that usage limits or monthly rates may be adjusted, with a notice posted online at washatsuds.com"
Cancelations cannot be processed via email or phone (1-844-217-7578) unless specially authorized due to special circumstances. To discontinue your Unlimited Plan, visit any SUDS Car Wash location.
Text Message Marketing Guideline Compliance:
"By providing your number, you consent to receive text messaging from Suds Car Wash and/or its affiliates in connection with your request. Up to 8 messages per month. Consent is not required to buy goods or services. Limit: One coupon per cell number. Offer not valid with any other coupons or discounts & only good while supplies last. Message and data rates apply."
